In 1980, Queen’s Carpet Care was founded by Victor Kay. After building a reputation as one of the top services in the Houston area, in 1996, Victor sold the carpet cleaning service to a respected businessman and personal friend, Chad Werner.
After serving in the military, Chad had settled in Houston where he had worked for over 15 years in the carpet cleaning business. He continued the same goal—to make sure customers are one hundred percent satisfied with services rendered.
It has been many years since Chad Werner started in the carpet and floor cleaning business and his values have not changed. It is important to him to consistently update and expand, but always remember that success starts with satisfied customers.
